Education and Retraining: We will provide information and contact information to numerous local colleges and universities that offer training in many career areas.

We will individually coach you on "How to Market One's Self and How to Make a Positive Impression During an Interview", by providing the following materials:

  • DVD Video Training - up to 2 hrs on interviewing techniques
  • Verbal and Written Instructions
  • Mock Interviews

You will be given a thorough list of questions that could be asked in an interview and coached on how to answer them. Our program includes preparation for an interview, interviewing techniques, asking questions and answering questions on an interview.

A. Preparation for an interview guides you on how to thoroughly research a company before the initial interview, so you can ask intelligent questions during the interview.
B. Interviewing techniques include proper dress, body language, handshakes and how to react properly to the environment one finds themselves in during an interview, i.e., interviewing with more than one individual at the same time (commonly called a Stress Interview).
C. Asking questions on an interview is training in the proper timing of specific questions (job related), and in finding out in detail as much as they can about the company, the specific job, the people, and other specific details that would lead them to a sound conclusion about the job opportunity.
D. Answering questions on an interview is training in how to be brief and to the point; how to handle the salary questions; how to handle personal questions; and how to turn questions into questions.
